Our Client is an International FMCG Company, constantly growing in Poland. Having established certain Key Accounts, my Clients' aim is to cover in the next 3 years 100% distribution level in KA channel. Vast portfolio and rapid growth create a demand to employ an experienced Trade Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for the activities at selected channels.

 

Opis stanowiska
  • Generate and implement annual brand plan including regular reviews
  • Ensure delivery of the budget targets in terms of volume, turnover margin and market share
  • To monitor market, competitor, pricing, customer and company product performance
  • To develop and execute consumer communication and promotional programmes as part of key account activity
  • To maintain ongoing good housekeeping in stock control, product portfolio, packaging and marketing expenditure (including "S" Spend)
  • To maintain a high profile within the company and in conjunction with the Marketing Director
  • Introduce a process of range reviews to manage the SKU count and improve business efficiencies
  • Work closely with the Sales team on an integrated basis to provide support and guidance with marketing issues
  • Development and presentation of category management proposals to key customers
  • Provide merchandising solutions to customer needs for category reviews and sales presentations
  • Evaluate agency and PR requirements and liaise with them on a regular basis
  • Responsible brand communication plan covering ATL and BTL activity
Kogo szukamy
  • Have a graduate degree - Have at least 5 years experience within FMCG environment
  • Category Management experience however it's not essential - Self-motivated with strong communication and presentation skills, able to display creativity and sound evaluation skills, in day to day situations
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Be able to build effective relationships through appropriate interpersonal skills whilst sometimes operating under significant pressure in an ever changing environment
  • Commercial awareness and the ambition to develop career
