Trade marketing lead for Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary with strong focus on digital

Responsibilities:
- Co-creating and deploying strategy, marketing plans and communication plans (online and off-line) for CZ/SK/HU
- Sharing inputs based on local insights, to ensure market relevance and local amplification
- Managing relationships with Key Accounts within the region
- Preparing and implementing Key Account media plans with omni-channel approach and focus on digital, based on the global Game Plans and Go-To-Market strategy,
- Controlling plan implementation and effectiveness
- Tracking, analysing and reporting the results to CE Marketing Director
- Managing marketing budgets across the CZ/SK/HU region
- Cooperating closely with the Sales Team, Marketing, Product and eCommerce Departments
- Overviewing and executing local agencies work.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS
- Min. 3 years’ experience in trade marketing field
- Knowledge about the CZ/SK/HU markets
- Strong interest and knowledge of digital marketing
- Practical experience in cooperation with clients in e-Commerce channel
- Very good organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Independence in carrying out tasks and setting priorities
- Highly developed analytical skills
- Eagerness to work in a multi-functional team
- Experience in working with marketing agencies, including digital scope.
- Creativity, initiative, and openness to new challenges
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ease to establish cooperative relationships
- Fluency in English
- Czech, Slovak and Hungarian language knowledge is a plus
- Preferred place of work - Warsaw, possibility of remote work from CZ, SK, HU
- Might be required to travel
