Sales&Marketing General is looking for Trade Activation Executive for a leading tobacco company that builds distinctive brands that excite the consumers and satisfy their needs. The company operates in a highly complex and competitive retail environment.

Your next position

As Trade Activation Executive you will be driving the development and implementation of campaign plans activating brands in all retail channels in line with Global strategies and local needs (developing and activating touch points to drive trial, qualitative awareness and brand image via increasing effectiveness of retail advocacy, full utilization of Field Force as brand ambassadors, using 121 up to its potential, exploring events as active touchpoints and content for digital etc.). You will be also responsible for development and implementation of Shopper Marketing campaign plans activating brand initiatives at point of sale (POS) and development of Trade Activation programs, grounded in shopper behaviour insights and market opportunities. Another duty is full project management responsibility managing KA, Brand & Field Force stakeholders, agency resources and budgets. You will close cooperate with Brand teams, Planning & Insights and Field Force.

What do you need, to achieve the success?
We are looking for you, if you are an energetic and positive team-player with a proactive, persuasive and creative attitude and you are prepared to challenge existing ideas. You are a self-starter who can work independently and has a flexible attitude in a constantly changing business environment. You have a profound commercial understanding and possess strong leadership skills. Additionally, you should have business or marketing University degree and have already at least two years of experience within Marketing or similar roles in FMCG organization. Our Client expects that you have the ability to work and influence across all levels and functions and also possess excellent networking and project management skills. You also need to have the ability to manage multiple activities. Fluent English is a must.
