Your responsibilities:
- Set up equipment for employee use, performing proper installation of operating systems, and appropriate software
- Provide technical assistance and support for issues related to operating systems, applications, security and hardware
- Access rights and permissions management
- Users/Objects management in Active Directory and Exchange Software licenses management
- Co-operating with suppliers and purchasing of IT equipment
- Co-operation with other IT departments and business representants
Our requirements:
- You are familiar with Microsoft operating systems that makes you able to solve typical daily issues with applications and drivers.
- You have basic knowledge about Windows server environment
- You are familiar with Office applications
- You have basic knowledge about LANs and connectivity issues troubleshooting methods
- You are familiar with Active Directory service giving you fluency in managing user accounts and security groups.
- Knowledge of SharePoint, JIRA, or AX and SCCM will be an advantage.
- You have an IT educational background
- B2 level of English (Common European Framework of Reference)
- You are dynamic, systematic and see problem solving as a fun challenge
- Experience in ITIL Environment and licenses management will be an advantage.
