DUTIES
- Facilitate communication between anumber of teams including Project Managers, Analysts, Testers, Users, QA,Change partners, Production Support and Developers
- Create and manage test strategiesand test plans.
- Review and manage test cases andassociated progress status.
- Conduct test status reviewmeetings and publish associated tracking metrics, notes and follow ups.
- Review and manage defect and CRsraised during testing.
- Coordinate and manage systemsintegration testing, functional testing, performance testing, regressiontesting and user acceptance testing, with associated verification and sign-off.
- Coordinate across projects in PCProcess, interacting with other test managers and regional points of contact,and act as a global test manager across them.
- Coordinate and manage systemaccess across all testing phases with respective teams.
- Participate in Track post go-liveissues and perform statistical analysis.
- Contribute to project openingdocuments and project management plans, project review boards, projectlifecycle quality reviews & post release reviews.
- Ensure testing processed to plan,runs smoothly and is well controlled from a global perspective.
- Ensure that project complies withkey CS processes and standards, e.g.: Global IT Solution Delivery policies,SOX, Applicable CS Data Management and Process policies, Issues raised byinternal or external audits.
- Contribute to release managementand go live activities and coordination.
REQUIREMENTS
- Computer Science or SoftwareEngineering BSc or higher
- Proven QA knowledge and experiencein managing testing phases, with solid testing experience.
- Project Management / TestManagement skills with reporting
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
- Experience in process engineeringand design
- Excellent organization skills
- Strong attention to detail
- High degree of self-motivation
- Team player with experience workingwith global cross functional teams
