Requirements:
- 2+ years’ hands-on experience in the translation or localization testing industry
- excellent command of English (C1, C2)
- leadership and team management skills
- minimum 1 year of experience in team coordination, task allocation would be a strong asset
- strong analytical and problem solving skills
- working knowledge and experience using bug tracking tools
- extensive interpersonal skills
- passion for games would be a strong asset
Scope of responsibilities:
- plan, monitor and control games testing projects
- ensure projects are released at highest level of quality within the given timeframe
- create, update and maintain all project testing documentation such as test plans, test cases and progression status to ensure effective testing coverage throughout the project
- operate as a primary point of contact with customers on a project level
- identify and report project risks and define mitigation actions
- lead, co-ordinate, support and guide the test team through the production testing cycle
- ensure tasks and responsibilities are clearly communicated and assigned to each member of the testing team
- own the project bug database and the quality of the bug reports
- involved in processes improvement initiatives
- train new testing staff
- constantly share his/her knowledge with team members
