We are hiring a Test Automation Lead to join our application team to support the CATT automation by coordinating the setup of the CATT test cases for the Calypso BackOffice team, working in close collaboration with the Business Analysts and the technical colleagues.
Our BackOffice team recently started being involved with the CATT automated regression testing. The technical side was set up by the environment team, and the application team is involved in adding the actual test cases.
- Coordinating and setting up automated tests in a banking IT environment
- Supporting the Business Analysts in specifying their test cases in a manner that they can be integrated into a regression test scenario under CATT
- Responsibility for entering the test cases into CATT in a manner that they work as specified by the Business Analysts
- Coordinating with the technical environment team to ensure that CATT runs periodically the test scenarios as required by the application team and results are available
- Continuous support for the Business Analysts to keep the test cases up to date
- Good Knowledge of scripting in a Unix environment.
- Basic knowledge of the application Calypso in general.
- Knowledge of and experience with the processes of a financial IT services firm and the industry best practices and standards.
- Basic knowledge of CATT is desirable
- Experience in a role at a major financial services firm in the Back Office area involving the application Calypso is desirable
- Experience in a role at a financial IT services firm or service company / vendor in the industry
- Very good verbal and written communication
- Problem solving abilities, including the ability to think innovatively
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across the firm and to work collaboratively
