In order to expand our neuromodulation department, we are looking for YOU to join our team as a:
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge based on VNS therapy, its uses, therapy areas and the market place to build credibility towards customers
- Identify, visit, and develop new accounts, physicians, surgeons, neurologists and nurses that have the potential to implant
- Visit and further develop existing accounts in order to generate long-term sustainable and predictable business
- Liaise with patient support groups and all relevant governmental bodies within your territory to foster awareness of the VNS therapy
- Organize and attend trainings and meetings with health care professionals to enhance the knowledge of the VNS for epilepsy and to ensure optimal treatment is being provided
- Submit weekly, monthly and quarterly reports including planning, activities, patient pipeline and forecasts to enable close monitoring of the defined goals and readjust strategy if required
- Some years of experience as a territory manager who is used to working with device-based therapies
- Considerable understanding of what it takes to operate across a wide geography in a demanding sector
- Solid understanding of health care system and how to utilize this in a sales process
- Network in the hospital environment, neurological and/or psychiatric network preferred
- Has proven themselves to be a true business developer with strategic view
- Well-rounded communication skills are a prerequisite as well as the ability to operate effectively cross-functionally in an environment where complexity requires a systematic and structured approach
- Very good Polish and English language skills, written and spoken, and good Microsoft Office skills complete their profile
