On behalf of our wide-known Client in Warsaw, we are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills for the position of Telesales Agent.
The ideal candidate needs to be native or a near native speaker in Polish, Norwegian, Dutch, English or French language, and has at least 2 years’ experience on relevant telemarketing / telesales position. IT industry experience will be additional asset.
The key purpose of this job is to support identifying and qualifying potential leads as part of the marketing campaigns by gathering business intelligence, defining marketing needs and detecting sales opportunities. Working on this position you will be also responsible for following up with the client’s existing business partners to provide and update product/brand information and generate interest, with a sales appointment as end goal. Contacting potential leads to create sales opportunities and supporting the initial sales negotiations will be also among your job duties.
We are looking for candidates prepared to understand the Company’s business environment. Your BA or equivalent level of education would be desirable. You might be the chosen person, if you are also ambitious and proactive professional with ideally 2+ years’ experience, interested in working in an international team supporting the marketing activities of global leaders within the telecommunications industry.
