On this position you will have responsibility for calling business partners, prospects and customers with the goal of introducing NATEK company and our services, and agreeing on meetings with sales managers or key account managers. You will be performing lead generation to create viable list, and following up on prospects.
Direct Sales Manager wins, maintains and expands relationships with assigned prospects and partners. This role requires management ability – to ensure synergies across all NATEK departments – marketing, sales, operation, and recruitment.
Responsibilities:
CORE
- Building relationships with all preselected prospects
- Monitoring & management of sales meetings
- Performing monthly market analysis
- Involvement in Company's Marketing Plan in order to meet performance objectives / expectations, and to contribution to the marketing plans
- Developing and following up on business leads
SPECIFIC
- Cold calling, direct emailing, and performing other lead generation activities
- Obtaining or verifying customer information (including addresses, phone numbers, stakeholders and decision makers)
- Explaining products or services in detail, answering questions from customers
- Explaining or negotiating prices
- Following up on prospective leads, following up to customer correspondence
- Scheduling appointments for sales representatives (sales managers, key account managers) to meet with potential clients
- Attention to detail – maintaining accurate and descriptive accounts of all customer interactions
- Communication – outstanding verbal communication skills
- Experience with telemarketing – understanding of basic product guidelines and telemarketing regulations
- Teamwork – accepting feedback when offered and working well with others
- Business results – being able to meet individual performance metrics and goals
- Solid organizational, time management and prioritization skills
- Being self-motivated and disciplined, having strong work ethic
- Having high school diploma or equivalent
