Opis stanowiska
We are currently looking for several Telecoms Civil Engineers / Radio Engineers for a long term project in Warsaw region and Gdansk Region.
Familiar with telecom main products. Basic knowledge on Wireless Network (GSM, GPRS, CDMA, WCDMA, WiMAX), 3G Radio planning and optimisation topics (parameters, KPI's, drive test analysis) Fixed Network (Narrowband Switching, Datacom, Broadband), Transmission Network (DWDM, SDH, PDH), Service and Software (WIN, SMSC, MMS, Value-Added) or Auxiliary Facilities (Power System, Battery, UPS, Inverter, MDF, DDF, ODF, Civil Works).
Wymagania
We are looking for Engineers with experiencie in the following:
- Analysis of civil works documentation before civil works start in terms of meeting customer standards and specific base station configurations.
- Supervision of the quantities of building materials used on a given base station
- Supervision of foundation works
- Providing regular updates to the appropriate database and other tools in regards of CW activities
- Analyzing existing and developing new technical solutions in order to optimize cost and technical solutions
- Supervising clearing of all deficiencies found during inspection and taking part in the final completion inspection
- Obeying the 25 and 26 articles of Polish Construction Law (without controlling of the CW settlement between contractors)
- Verification of the construction documentation in accordance with the binding procedures
- Knowledge of 3G Radio planning and optimisation topics (parameters, KPI's, drive test analysis)
- Experience in NSN 3G system (NetAct, Reporting suite, Plan Editor
