his position will serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all voice, network, video and mobility related systems and devices in separate locations throughout Europe with the IT Infrastructure Team. Strong technical knowledge in Avaya Call Management servers, Avaya Gateways, Call Center applications and servers CTI/AES and Voice Mail Systems, Cisco/Juniper networking systems, firewalls and WAN optimization technologies. Experience in provisioning and support of mobile phones. Manage telecom carriers and telecom vendor services and support and related equipment suppliers. VoIP, MPLS and Internet technologies experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide telecom project management and operational support for a complex Avaya enterprise
- Administration, maintenance, and provisioning of Avaya PBX systems and gateways (Multiple S8xxx systems, G450 and G650 gateways.)
- General administration of PBX for items such as moves/add/changes, ARS, Call Routing, FAC, COS, COR, and other options
- Ability to manage call center changes, such as Agents, VDN, and Vectoring
- Manage call center supporting applications and servers, such as CTI/AES, CMS, Call Recording
- Working and hands on experience in installing and operational support of SIP, MPLS, ISDN, DS1 and DS3, Sonet, Fiber and ethernet cabling
- Manage resolve, operational support tickets with the telecom carriers, telecom vendors and internal employees
- Monitor and resolve service requests in accordance with published SLAs
- Hands on support for IT Network and Systems Engineers in completing projects and supporting operations
- Documentation of architecture, design, procedures, checklists, and other system related documentation
- Monitoring traffic utilization and identifying potential problems
- Manage cellular devices, including wireless carrier services and device provisioning
- Ability to solve complex problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standards may exist and critical thinking is needed for effective resolutions
- Monitor and resolve service requests in accordance with published SLAs
- Experience with researching, investigating, evaluating and qualifying potential new equipment and technologies for network and telephony deployment
- Participation in off-shift on-call coverage
- Can work flexibly with geographically diverse teams
- Excellent written and verbal skills, sensitive to internal and external communications
Required Qualifications
- Three years (minimum) performing as a network engineer
- Five years telecommunications experience
