Main tasks on the position:
- Radio Base Station Controller(2G)/Radio Network Controller(3G)
- Mobile Switching Centre Server(3G)/Media Gateway (3G) *Network software and Hardware upgrade
- MMI (Man-Machine Interface) commands administration
- New Hardware integration, HW expansion (network element capacity)
- Network elements SW installation & SW upgrades
Our requirements:
- MSc in Telecommunication or related discipline
- GSM/UMTS architecture knowledge
- Willingness to learn and understand telecommunication protocols and networks in general
- Good English (spoken and written) *Good communication and team-work skills
- Willingness to travel
- Network issues troubleshooting experience(nice to have)
- SS7 protocols stack knowledge(will be a plus)
- Experience in Core/Access Network elements (SW and HW) - will be an asset
- Experience in cooperation with telecom Customers (nice to have)
