As a Technical Support Representative for the German/English Market you will:
- Provide technical support and customer service to customers on smart phones and other telecommunication devices, diagnose the issue and provide a path to resolving inquiries
- Log calls from customers onto Contact Management System and follow escalation procedures to resolve problems or issues.
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service when helping a customer
- Educate customers on support options, and the steps being taken to resolve their issue, including online tutorials, in-store programs and help applications built into the programs.
- Communicate positively with team members, customers, and other partners in German and English language
Your Profile:
- Fluent in German and English (Written and verbal), ideally C1, C2 level
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to make decisions
- IT skills: personal, education, work
- Previous experience in Technical Support is a strong advantage
- Customer Service skills: phone based or face to face experience
