Salary: 4 320 PLN gross per Month (tax in Czech Rep. is 19%)

Start Date: 1st of June

Location: Brno, Czech Republic

The company's' services include business and technologies consulting, IT services and business process outsourcing. Currently they are recruiting German speakers to provide Level 1 technical support.

As a Technical Support Representative for the German/English Market you will:

  • Provide technical support and customer service to customers on smart phones and other telecommunication devices, diagnose the issue and provide a path to resolving inquiries
  • Log calls from customers onto Contact Management System and follow escalation procedures to resolve problems or issues.
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer service when helping a customer
  • Educate customers on support options, and the steps being taken to resolve their issue, including online tutorials, in-store programs and help applications built into the programs.
  • Communicate positively with team members, customers, and other partners in German and English language

Your Profile:

  • Fluent in German and English (Written and verbal), ideally C1, C2 level
  • Excellent problem solving skills and ability to make decisions
  • IT skills: personal, education, work
  • Previous experience in Technical Support is a strong advantage
  • Customer Service skills: phone based or face to face experience
