For the fast growing Team located in Warsaw we are looking for skilled Professionals, willing to learn and work in a global environment using the most advanced products and presenting long term commitment to METTLER TOLEDO.
The primary focus of this position is to design technical training materials and deliver trainings (SAP implementation program) at Mettler-Toledo's locations across the world. The main responsibility is supporting all deployments and ensuring that the business solutions (processes, management rules, data standards, organizational changes) are well implemented.
- Collecting local training requirements from teams and providing data for the training material update schedule,
- Designing and updating all technical training materials, providing change/ improvement suggestions for the training catalogue,
- Providing technical trainings to Mettler-Toledo's locations across the world,
- Providing 1st level support for training tools (e-learning systems e.g. SumTotal systems, SAP) for key users and end users,
- Creating and maintaining data in SAP training system,
- Preparing reports.
- Proven experience as a trainer (preferred in technical/IT area),
- Experience in preparing technical training materials in English,
- Excellent presentation and communication skills,
- Experience in international/virtual environment,
- Ability to work under time pressure,
- Technical/IT experience or basic SAP skills would be an asset,
- Willingness to travel up to 75% (across the world),
- Excellent English skills – any other language is beneficial,
- Knowledge of popular training tools would be an advantage.
