For our Client, international company located in Warsaw, we are currently looking for Technical Support Specialist with Danish.
The chosen Candidate will be responsible for providing support to customers via phone and email, troubleshooting technical problems and answering general support questions for multiple products. His/her duties will also involve capturing and documenting in CRM tool any customer specificities. Moreover the responsibilities will also include working with other members of the team to proactively resolve issues.
Main purpose of the job will be providing an outstanding day-to-day Customer assistance by processing inquiries and resolving issues. The chosen Candidate will be part of the support team based in Poland which consists of highly skilled persons who support Customers in multiple languages.
To be successful in this role you need to have superior written and verbal Danish and English communication skills. University degree and good computer skills (Internet, MS Office) are required. We are looking for solution focused and customer oriented Candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
