Background
The vision of the group is to take the architecture and design to a whole new level where we can offer a complete building envelope solution.
One of the actions derived from this strategy is to appoint “a technology advisor” that will be located in the production office and become a FULL Technical Support Manager across the full offering of integrating state of the art technologies creating a zero carbon building offering.
Role
The TSM should be the first-line-of-contact for sales support and cover all aspects of facades and the complete LVSE package.
Its role is not just to support facades, but also to stimulate and promote as the goal is to boost interdivisional LVSE business.
Tasks
Training
- Running all LVSE product trainings for facades
Qualifying leads
- "Suitability" of the project: Fitness for our product solutions
- Project specifications: mapping the project needs and requirements
Support in the presales phase
- Choosing which products and services (offered) will be deployed
- Taking the lead in the project design, coordinating drawings, technical calculations, simulations and modelling Determining competitiveness against potential competing offers
- Providing information to the parties involved in the DMU
Tendering the offer
- Providing the required input for technical submittals
- Aligning with the country manager/ external partners
- Coordinating quotation from LVSE to facades
- Assisting facades in tendering the project
Deal closing
- Supporting facades in closing the deal in any way we can
Fulfillment
- Making sure that promises are being kept
- Coordinating logistics
- Supporting installation when and if required
Besides supporting project business the TSM is also responsible for integrating run of the mill LVSE products in the facades portfolio from A to Z, meaning from marketing support to logistics.
Bsc /Msc educational level
- Basic commercial level
- Advanced technical level / Proven technical abilities
- Substantial experience in the External Architecture for Building envelopes industry
- Experience in projects
Preferential Profile
- Minimum of 5+ years in a Technical advisory role
- Fluent in English (language level B2 / C1)
- Fluent in the local language
- Willingness to move into the proximity of the facades location in lower/southern Mazowiekie region.
