Your responsibilities
- Respond to email tickets and phone calls to resolve end users queries
- Diagnose the issue and provide a path to resolve it
- Configuring and Troubleshooting all technical issues with hardware and software
- Accurately log all interactions in the ticketing tool
- Simulating the problems faced by end users in a test setup and providing end users with technically optimum solution
- Update / Create knowledge base for new learnings
- Interact with Level2/level3 support teams and third party vendors for follow-ups on break fix
- Written and verbal fluency in German and English
- Basic knowledge in IT (Windows & Unix )along with good working skills (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Understanding of ITIL V3
- Good Analytical skills
- Sound knowledge of computers, networks and Server infrastructure
- Experience in troubleshooting technical problems
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Willingness to travel to the client site in Europe for 1 month for transition/training
- Ability to learn desktop applications used at customer end
- Ability to change system settings via control panels or system preferences.
- Ability to install and remove applications.
