Opis stanowiska
- To Support International Clients Customers
- To Solve issues coming from various channels such as chat or web portal
- To communicate in writing with the appropriate level of etiquette, timeliness and professionalism.
- To Resolve known customer issues using a knowledge base, direct use of product and operating systems, product user guides, and other reference materials
- Maintain and improve Customer Satisfaction by delivering against those initiatives that have been identified as crucially important during each customer support engagement.
Wymagania
- Technical development skills
- Experience in supporting software applications with an emphasis on server-based applications.
- Experience working in a team environment and managing a diverse workload
- Outstanding written communication skills.
