Job description
Are you a technically skilled person interested in working in Sales? Dataedo is looking for an energetic and motivated person to join our Sales team. As a Technical Sales Specialist you will be the first line of contact with incoming prospects. You will work in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Support and Management to identify qualified lead opportunities globally, with a special focus on North America.
As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be:
- Managing incoming warm leads
- Qualifying leads and booking meetings for the Sales team
- Updating and maintaining customer information in the CRM
- Providing Sales team with detailed call notes and clear next steps
- Understanding customer goals and pain points, collecting technical requirements to match business offering to their needs
- Performing follow-up and discovery calls to the prospects from various sources
- Cooperating with Sales and Marketing to improve the pre-sales process
- Working against targets and deadlines
What we expect from you:
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English is a must
- Technical background (previous experience with data or software would be a strong asset)
- Willingness to learn more and constantly develop your technical knowledge and understanding of product
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- The ability to work independently in an rapidly changing environment
- Being target-oriented, ambitious, customer focused
- Strong time management skills
- Problem-solving skills and creativity
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience in Enterprise prospecting or sales
- Experience with SaaS / Tech
