Main Responsibilities:
- generating and qualifying sales leads opportunities with specific focus on campaigns that support the delivery of business need and strategy
- delivering sales and margin growth through proactive telephone and mail approach
- managing existing customer relationships to deliver a specific level of performance
- offering the right level of discounts to win / retain business
- proven experience in industry business, technical background
- fluent communication skills in Czech and English
- sales background
- technical education will be an asset
- strong interpersonal skills, forming and maintaining positive relationships at all levels
- disciplined analytical approach to problem solving
- strong planning, prioritisation and time management skills
- desirable proven experience of working in an outbound sales environment, knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Packages
- knowledge of using CRM functionality will be an asset
