Job description:
- Providing technical support for foreigner customers
- Registering customers' problems and requests
- Monitoring and classifying all incoming documents and information
- Assignment of unresolved cases to the next line of support
- Following customer service standards
- Knowledge of German language in written and spoken
- Communicative level of English language
- Willingness to work in Poland (Bydgoszcz)
- Good command of computer literacy - MS Office
- Good knowledge ofsystem administration Windows 2003/2008/2010
- Good user of Active Directory or MS Exchange is advantage
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work in a team
