For our Client, an international automotive supplier, located in Western Poland we are searching for Candidates for the position of Technical Director.
If you successfully complete recruitment process, you will be in charge of Maintenance & Tooling Department, as well as Facility Management, reporting directly to Plant Manager. You will be responsible for implementation and applying TPM in order to provide best possible efficiency of machines and equipment. Your daily duties will include taking care of the budget, cost optimization and long term planning. You will implement all the proper tools and methods required to provide safety and efficiency of both machines and facility. Obviously, you will be responsible for team management (3 directly reporting Managers, responsible for each area) and development.
To be successful in this role you should possess higher technical education diploma, practical experience in Maintenance and Tooling area, deep knowledge of automatic, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanics, gained preferably in an automotive industry. What is more, you should have knowledge and experience of Lean Manufacturing tools implementation, be a quick learner with strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills. You should also speak English very well, as you will use it in daily communication. You should feel comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
