For our Client, an international, fast growing IT company based in Warsaw, we are currently looking for Candidates for Technical Customer Support Specialist position.
A new Employee will be responsible for supporting business clients from the US in solving actual problems related to the Web application via e-mail and phone. Moreover, this person will cooperate closely with an Account Manager in order to create a report on mistakes and avoid them in the future.
The ideal Candidate is a fluent English speaker (having no problems to communicate with natives) with a few months of experience in customer technical support. A customer service experience and knowledge of e-commerce will be an additional advantage. The working hours are 2 pm till 10 pm.
Our Client is offering to become a part of its dynamic international team working on the interesting innovative projects. The Candidate will be employed on the full-time basis.
