We are looking for a hands-on Tech Leader who has passion for web and easily infects others with it. You should live and breathe either front-end or back-end technologies. You should be familiar with AGILE, use it when needed and hate it when not. Above all you must be an experienced developer with the knack for creating sites which lay out complex information in a simple, clean way across all browsers and devices.
In STP you can voice your ideas and affect transformation. We work in small stable teams, daily cooperate with friends from Norway and Sweden, travel to Scandinavia and most of all we do develop the most known and visited websites in the whole Scandinavian market. We are building up a new team of 5 that will work for one of local Norwegian on-line news service.

- At least 5 years of experience as a Web Developer
- Experience leading and mentoring team
- Deep knowledge of Zend/Symphony framework
- Excellent knowledge of PHP (OOP) and web-based development
- Expert knowledge of MySQL and relational databases
- Experience with HTML/CSS and JavaScript
- Experience with version control systems (SVN/GIT)
- Proactive approach, creativity, Lean mindset
- Very good English – both written and spoken
