IT Service Desk is present globally, divided into five areas; North America, North West Europe, Central Europe, South East Europe and Asia Pacific supporting around the clock.
Right now we have a great opportunity for you, we are looking for a Team Manager for one of the Support Analyst teams in Warsaw. You will be working in a diverse and vibrant environment, leading support analysts and also be part of the area management team. - Experienced leader with passion for business and people,
- You have a proven track record of 3-5 years of managing people in a multilingual helpdesk, IT service desk. Contact center or similar,
- Excellent Leadership and mentoring skills,
- Great People skills – You will work with many brilliant co-workers that deserve only the best,
- Great communication skills – You will work with different organizations, people, units and countries. This will be your key tool,
- As a person you are driven by ensuring global ways of working with the end user in (and co-workers) and local conditions in mind,
- You build relationships easily and know how to communication on different levels, By having a high awareness for the operational (daily) responsibilities people have you get the global tactical/strategical agenda in place,
- you like to work effectively: you perform tasks and achieve specific goals and results,
- You have very good analytical skills and ability to analyze data and produce reports,
- You have ITIL foundation and experience in how to use it,
- Fluent English ( written and spoken ) required.
Additional assets:
- Experience in Project Management ( PM Agile ) or agile was of working ( SCRUM ),
- Knowledge about business IT–Infrastructure (Windows, Office, Active Directory, Exchange, Remote Desktop etc.) and some server technologies (Windows/Linux Server, s, Office 365 with SharePoint and Skype for Business as examples).
