Main tasks on the position:
- The Team manager will follow up each team member’s competence development and goals according to the success for people process.
- Will be a vital part of the departments’ continuous improvement process and have responsibility implement changes within his team.
- Implementing quality and efficiency improvement actions defined in department.
- Recruitment and induction of new employees.
Our requirements:
- MS in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 2+ years work experience software development projects
- 2+ years of experience leading software delivery team
- Good knowledge of software development process
- Very good Communications skills
- Leadership skills (team visioning, motivation)
- Goal oriented Self motivated / decisive
- Good understanding of team development models
- Fluent English
