Job description:
- Analysis of the current situation and the results on individual business lines as well as taking steps appropriate to the results of analyses and set goals
- Team motivation as well as long-term efforts to improve the qualitative and quantitative results
- Scheduling tasks to be performed by consultants
- Delegating tasks to consultants
- Ongoing professional support and performance evaluation of consultants
- Supervisory duties related to a specific schedule
- Reporting team performance to the Operational Manager
Candidate profile:
- Experience in managing a call centre team
- At least 6 months’ experience as a call centre consultant with a very high assessment and good results
- Portuguese language skills
- Motivational skills and the ability to exert a positive impact on the team
- At least a working knowledge of MS Office
- Organisation skills and the ability to work under time pressure
- Openness, a proactive approach, and a sense of humour
