Team Leader R2R (SSC/Key User)

Job description
- Prepare end users and the processes for the transformation to shares services;
- Enable performance of general accounting activities as well as all periodical financial closings and reporting (monthly, quarterly, annually) at SSC;
- Organize & execute basic R2R accounting activities (by junior accountants or personally);
- Manage process of closing activities for Group Reporting in SSC for the several countries during post go live and stabilization period;
- Manage Monthly & Quarterly Group Reporting in COFIS;
- Maintain finance master Data in SAP;
- Know the full R2R process, escalate issues to P2P/R2R process manager or to others if appropriate;
- Running the trainings in SAP or in Group Reporting System;
- Transformation of R2R processes from new countries to SSC. This includes in particular: management of knowledge transfer, executing simulations process ;
- Driving stabilization of R2R process after transformation;
- Be a point of contact for a partner countries;
- Reporting to P2P/R2R process manager;
- Travelling during the transformation and transition period of new countries to SSC (20-30%).
Requirements
- Degree/accreditation in Accounting/General Accounting – strong assets;
- Minimum 5 years experience working in Reporting Departments (Shared Service Centers preferred, alternatively working in audit could also be considered);
- Experiences in transformation of general ledger / reporting function to shared services and in working on the stabilization;
- Very good knowledge of General Accounting. In particular: general ledger, management of IT/IS interfaces, Account Receivables, Accruals & Provision, Fixed Assets, Intangible Assets, intercompany, periodical closings, preparation of financial reports, reconciliations of accounts, inventory accounting);
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills (team work);
- Process thinking;
- High level of planning and organization competences;
- Knowledge of SAP strong advantage;
- Proficiency in English.
