Job description
- taking responsibility for the work quality and process termination proceeded by administrators including: controlling processing and monitoring by following all internal procedures and regulations, error identification, resolving, reporting and evaluating, deadlining etc.
- being a contact point to the different departments
- controlling reports
- business operation and client relationship managing
- providing the team with the appropriate level of workload
- preparing P&L reports and budgeting, forecasting,
- providing support for annual planning cycles including budget transfers throughout the year
- leading of the teams: motivating, evaluating and recruiting
Candidate
- university degree in Banking or Economics/Finance
- professional experience in the area of finance, accountancy preferably in financial controlling
- professional experience in team management (proven)
- English knowledge (fluent)
- proactive and positive attitude towards working with a team
