Job description
We are looking for candidate, who is ready to manage the team and take part in the transition of R2R and C2C processes for our Client. Team Leader will perform the transition activities and manage the team.
Main accountabilities
Transition phase:
- Manage transition timing and people to assure smooth and on time transition
- Interact with the Client on a daily basis
- Develop and understand the current state processes
- Validate maps and procedures and supervise the team members to ensure the quality and the timeliness of documentation
- Conduct successful knowledge transfer
- Establish very good relationship with the client
- Manage the team on the daily basis
- Ensure the delivery of high quality and professional service up to agreed SLAs
- Take the responsibility for delivery of agreed scope of work
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of German is a must
- Experience in managing the team
- Accounting background will be a strong asset
- Very good analytical skills
- Good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
- Teamwork approach
- Ability to work under pressure
- Transition experience will be an advantage
