Description of Role The role offered is that of a key individual within a fast-growing team of technical experts, who will be responsible for design, delivery and management of complex Java-based projects for UK clients. Each Team Lead is expected to lead a team of developers in the delivery of project work, taking responsibility for project estimation, technical design, issue and risk tracking and eventual work-package delivery. The role will involve hands-on programming, and will offer the opportunity to develop in a number of directions, including project management, technical consultancy and architecture/design and line management. The successful candidate will be both a technical expert and an experienced leader, with a keen interest in producing high quality, robust software through the use of innovative methodologies and technologies. Senior developers must have sufficient spoken and written English skills to document work clearly and communicate complex technical issues in English to clients in the UK.Wymagania
Required Skills Must Have • High level of Java programming expertise, with 4 years' industry experience, including J2EE (primarily JSP/Servlets). • Proven leadership skills, with 2 years experience of leading a development team of at least 4 people. • Object-Oriented Analysis & Design experience, including exposure to UML & Design Patterns. • Good understanding of RDBMS usage and database design (e.g. Oracle, SQLServer, MYSQL/PostrgreSQL). • Expert in use of Tomcat, Apache, Ant, Junit. • Comfortable using Unix (Linux) & Windows environments for development. • Knowledge of XML/XSLT/HTML and other web-centric tools & languages. • Excellent spoken and written English Desirable • Exposure to Agile Methods, Continuous Integration, Test-driven development. • Interest in and exposure to Open Source projects and development frameworks, such as Spring, Hibernate, Cocoon. • Experience of developing for J2EE application servers, such as JBoss, Weblogic, Websphere. • Experience of web services development. • Experience of project management, including estimation and tracking of timescales and budgets. • Experience of architecture and design of enterprise systems.Prosimy o dopisanie klauzuli: Wyrażam zgodę na przetwarzanie moich danych osobowych dla potrzeb niezbędnych w procesie rekrutacji.
