Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:

Managing and coordinating operational team in day to day operations

Ensuring that the service levels meet the requirements of SLA

Ensuring efficiency & high quality of processes

Monitoring risk of service provided and ensuring implementation of mitigation measures

Managing customer satisfaction

Coaching, mentoring and developing team members

Coordinating all HR aspects (also recruitment if applicable)

Leadership experience or min 2 years of experience in BPO/ SSC

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
