Main areas of responsibility:

Ownership of the process documentation for the whole GBS scope (Performance Management, Talent Calibration, Succession Management)
Talent Management education for Local P&C
Organizing trainings and webinars for Local P&C and GBS Transactional for the Global Talent Management scope
Employees and Line Managers education
Providing expert consultancy in the area of Global Talent Management for Local P&C and GBS Transactional department

You as a professional:

Have an University degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Management area and in-depth knowledge about processes and tools
Profound knowledge of SAP HR/Success Factors, Power Point, Excel, webinars and training delivery
Strong command of English language (oral and written)
Knowledge of other languages is an asset
