- Administrating Performance Management process in Success Factors.
- Creating/Updating and Releasing Talent Matrices.
- Providing administrative support for Talent Review Sessions.
- Administer Assessment platforms (SHL, PI, Hogan, Korn Ferry etc.).
- Coordinate the Employee Engagement Survey and local pulse surreys in external platform.
- Setting up and administer JTI mentorship programs in MentorcliQ.
- Supports Top Employer Certification.
- Managing accesses and analysing utilization of JTI Global Digital Learning platforms.
- Maintaining local Learning Catalogues in Success Factors, managing employee enrolment.
- Providing data and reports upon requests for Regional/Functional People & Culture Leads and Local/Corporate Agile Pools.
- Supporting where necessary Strategic Pillars Leads development needs.
- Addressing employee Talent Management and L&D related queries.
- Run ad hoc and scheduled reports if necessary.
- Shape, document, update and improve Service Operating Procedures related to Talent and Learning process as well as performing the necessary data quality controls.
- Acting as an internal facilitator, trainer or webinar support if needed.
- 1-2 years of experience in a multinational organization on a similar role related with customer support, hands on experience on Success Factors or other LMS system would be a plus but not mandatory.
- Background in handling training administration and understanding of performance and learning cycles is a plus.
- Knowledge of excel and other MS Office tools is required.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience in business processes’ transition would be your asset.
- Strong Customer Service Mindset. Understanding cross-cultural sensitivity.
- We require fluent command of English and Portuguese.
