The daily work of our Asian and global partners is supported by the Warsaw EFIRST team, which we are currently looking to expand with:
- Generate leads and talents for the Local HR in Poland and also in our other offices;
- Delivering high-quality candidates across various skill sets in a high volume, fast-paced environment;
- Pre-qualify candidates;
- Provide feedback process regarding candidate experience;
- Conduct onboarding processes;
- React quickly to urgent, business critical requirements to source, identify, screen and present top talent with fast turn-around times when required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- The ability to hit deadlines;
- Experience managing multiple recruitment campaigns at any one time;
- Very good knowledge of English language;
- Active sourcing experience in either a staffing industry or corporate environment at least 1-2 years;
- Proven experience of sourcing candidates (knowledge of sourcing tools).
