Talent Acquisition and Development Manager

Job description:
- drive Nationale-Nederlanden talent management power through attracting and developing required profile of talent,
- develop and deliver Employer Branding strategy based on agreed Employee Value Proposition,
- lead the recruitment area ensuring a proactive resourcing approach to meet business needs, ensure right time to offer and Candidate Experience,
- lead full Talent Management cycle, including management of High Potentials program,
- design and deploy Talent Management approach for Sales network,
- manage succession in order to keep right balance in the leadership pipeline for future business needs,
- design and implement retention strategy retain key employees,
- lead and empower Talent & Recruitment team for high performance in the above areas,
- represent Polish business unit in international projects taking active role in creating Talent Management solutions on NN Group level.
Required qualifications and skills:
- university degree (preferred in human resources management, economy, sociology, psychology),
- min. 5 years of experience in Talent Management and international companies (employer branding, recruitment, succession planning, talent development),
- min. 1 year of experience on team manager position,
- ability to create and implement HR processes into the organization,
- ability to manage recruitment processes effectiveness,
- ability to influence and persuade solutions,
- ease to build relations with people and influence stakeholders at all levels in the organization,
- focus on results and building team commitment,
- team leadership,
- fluency in English.
