Our Client, multinational manufacturing company, is urgently seeking T&E Analyst with French to join new SSC based in Lodz.
Main responsibilities on this position will include participation in process migration. Moreover, T&E Analyst will be responsible for creating, analyzing and interpreting value added and custom reports in order to support audits, supplier, exceptions, spend, trends and variance analysis. In addition, main duties will also include investigating, implementing process improvements as well as identifying and deploying service enhancements to T&E service users. T&E Analyst will ensure customer satisfaction through managing issue resolution, inquiries and disputes as well as coordinate cardmember enrollment, termination and changes.
We are seeking Candidates with at least one year experience in Corporate Card, Accounts Payable, expense processing or related area and very good knowledge of English and French. University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent is required. Experience with automated expense report and travel data systems, report writer /analysis tools such as Cognos or TM1 are required. Moreover, we are looking for Candidates with analytical, practical problem solving skills and ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
