As a monitoring engineer you will be responsible for operating and maintaining systems directly or indirectly supporting the monitoring area.

- academic degree in IT, computer science, engineering, science or mathematics with next to this actual certifications,
- strong technical skills, and hands-on experience in the area of Event Management/Monitoring and related service,
- minimum two, but preferably more, of the following competences:
- 3+ years’ experience working with BMC products
- experience working with Microsoft Windows, IBM AIX, Linux (Redhat, Suse etc), BizTalk, Web Logic and databases (SQL Server, Oracle)
- experience with virtualization/HA technologies such as VMware, HyperV, Power HA, Dataguard etc.
- ITIL experience, especially working with Event Mgmt, Incident Mgmt, Change Mgmt and Requests for Change (Service Request).
- “can-do” attitude,
- team player.
Preferred experience with:
- programing, writing scripts in bash and powershell,
- BMC Patrol solution,
- Cloud, MS Azure.
