Systems Administration Team Leader

Requirements:
- University graduate (Bachelor or Master degree)
- 10+ years of experience with supporting large enterprise IT solutions
- 7+ years of Microsoft system administration experience
- 5+ years of experience with leading team of direct reports
- Excellent knowledge of MS Windows Servers, MS SQL, MS Hyper-V, VMWare, etc.
- Strongly Preferred Certifications: MCTS, MCSA
- ITIL v3 foundation knowledge is advantage
- English – advanced level, both written and spoken
- Analytical and problem solving ability
- Verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
- Collaboration and team-oriented work philosophy

Responsibilities:
- Setting the strategic direction of the data warehouse and BI systems
- Developing and maintaining SQL data warehouse architecture and supervise its optimization
- Developing processes to ensure 24/7 system reliability
- Manage cooperation with Reporting and Applications teams
- ETL management, maintenance and development
- Responsible for a team, building individual competencies for the team members
- Maintaining, documenting and implementing changes to business planning and forecasting systems
- Cooperation on design of in the Cognos Business Intelligence system, SQL Server data warehouse and interfaces connecting to other systems
