Assignment description:
System/Technical Analyst will be involved in performing of pre-studies and requirement management of critical IT solution that secures:

Shipping customs documents
-
Printing materials control documents and invoicing.
System/technical analyst will help the international team specify and maintain knowledge about integrations with many other solutions. System/technical analyst strives to have a good understanding of the business goals and end user needs when working with a service or solution. He needs to be able to help the business and IT side create project requirements, write test scenarios and plans, possess good communication skills and enough technical knowledge to work well with developers and testers. Main responsibilities:

Liaising extensively with internal clients

Analyzing clients existing systems and business models

Mapping and documenting interfaces between legacy and new systems

Understanding software development lifecycle

Translating client requirements into highly specified project briefs

Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability

Conducting requirements analysis and preparing specific proposals for modified or replacement systems

Developing solutions and related products
-
Presenting proposals to stakeholders
-
Working closely with colleagues, developers, testers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction

Overseeing implementation of a new system including data migration

Planning and working flexibly to deadlines

Supporting users on change control and system updates

Keeping up to date with technical and industry developments
Required Competencies:

2+ years of experience as a system analyst (IT) with complex solutions
-
Elicitation techniques knowledge and practical competences are a must business processes and application data modeling, activity diagrams preparing

Teaching & mentoring

Good team player – must be able to work with people at different levels of the organization and in a global team

Software development and/or maintenance experience would be appreciated

CCBA, CBAP certification would be appreciated
