Profile
The System Developer and Administrator will join an established team that maintain and develop a Polish Card Management System, and for the right candidate it will also be an exciting opening to participate in a new development project, where we develop a new Card Services Portal for the European B2C market.
This is a broad and exciting role that offers an ever-changing workday. We work close to the business units to understand the business requirements, challenges and situations. The candidate we are looking for is motivated and has a service oriented attitude, and administrative as well as development skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and operate a Card system for the Polish market.
- Support the local business unit with reports and analyzes.
- Support the operation process; data load and export, data processing.
- Responsibility for analyzing incidents and problems, and finding the root cause related to the systems.
- Implement Document Management System.
- For the right candidate there will be an opening to participate in a new development project.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Business education combined with IT experience.
- Good knowledge of SQL Server databases and queries.
- Object oriented software development, preferably using .Net and Java.
- Good understanding of MS Excel and VB scripts
- Good knowledge of SQL databases and SQL queries
- Experience from IT project management and agile team lead.
- ITIL and ITSM principles and processes are a plus.
- Fluent English, written and spoken, is expected.
