Currently we are looking for a suitable individual to join us on the position of System Architect in R&H Sub-Segment.
You will be responsible for translating customer requirements into technical solutions. Understanding the customer’s objectives and working as the bridge between sales and Systems & Services Center to solidify ideas to reality and orders.
Your challenge:
- You are responsible for working together with Account Managers to translate customer requirements into technical solutions and system functionality
- You understand the customers objectives and work as the bridge between sales and the Systems & Services Center to solidify ideas to reality and orders
- You ensure that what we communicate to technical functionality into end user benefits
Key areas of responsibilities:
- Crafts lighting solutions, alongside sales, for customers by understanding the customers objectives and mapping their business requirements in an offering that delivers a cohesive value-added lighting solution
- Need to package solutions that include products, systems and services that are technically viable and wrapped with financial and deal structure offerings that are a win for customers and a win for Philips
- Drives for high levels of customer satisfaction
- Creates tailored solutions that deliver an improved lighting system that promotes productivity, safety, sustainability and enhanced outcomes
Critical features:
- Bachelor degree in business management/economy/ technology
- 5+ years of customer facing experience preferably in the Lighting industry or other complex technology business with proven ability to translate customer requirements into sellable/executable solutions
- 3+ years of experience in technology capital financed equipment sales
- Lighting designation or other professional certification
