An international IT company SENLA is looking for a Sustainability Manager in Warsaw.
More than 700 employees work at SENLA's offices in UK, Israel, Croatia, Georgia, and Poland.
SENLA helps major players in the financial, banking and medical markets to develop projects. We work in the customer's team, create the concept of a software product, find non-standard solutions, conduct analytics, develop, test and implement projects.
Sustainability Manager (ESG Manager)
Location: Warszawa
Job description
- Track new ESG and Сlimate-related policy developments;
- Manage and develop the sustainability data collection processes, including process description, controlling, reporting and assurance;
- Focus on GHG protocol and related CO2 calculation standards;
- Understand and respond to requests from ESG analysts, present information to the customer'steam;
- Deliver input to internal management dashboards on sustainability;
- Ensure compliance with sustainability reporting regulations;
- Analyse customer's CO2 calculations and reports, define a base reduction strategy;
- Capture operational improvements;
- Collaborate with universities in Poland and in the EU in terms of sustainability and CO2 reduction programs and know-how;
- Develop CO2 reduction strategy for the company;
- Present company's strategy and solutions at conferences and fairs.
Requirements
- Master's degree in business, economics, social or natural science;
- Experience with ESG, CO2 or sustainability reporting is preferable;
- Understanding in CO2 emissions calculation (Scope1, Scope 2, Scope 3);
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
- International experience as well as CDP reporting experience is a bonus.
