We are now looking for more applicants to work remotely across the country in cities such as Warszawa, Kraków, Poznań, Wroclaw, Lodz and Gdansk. Applicants from the Katowice area may also be considered for an office based role.
Support Technician

Opis stanowiska
We are looking to add a permanent Support Technician to our Service Delivery Team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who has relevant experience and well-rounded CMS skills. This role is varied and includes the configuration and deployment of our products through customer support.
Wymagania
Essential:
- Good customer service skills
- Experience of working on telephones
- Works well with a variety of computer programmes
- Experience of using a CRM system
- Experience of working in an office environment
- Excellent written/oral English
Desirable:
- Some Moodle experience
- Some experience with CMS such as Joomla!, Drupal, Wordpress
- Experience of school networks, LDAP, Active Directory
- Experience of working within a school / college environment
- Experience of working with school MIS such as SIMS, CMIS
- Help desk work experience
Oferujemy
- Full time temporary contract
- Initially work will be done remotely, then in the office located in Katowice area
- Working hours 9.00am-5.30pm
- Salary 2.500 – 3.500 zł per month dependant on level of experience
