Support / Sales Specialist for the Latam (Latin America) region
Location: Warszawa, Mokotów
Job description
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone or by email.
- Demonstrate and present products.
- Meeting customers virtually and during sales visits.
- Develop new prospects and generating leads.
- Converting leads and prospects into customers.
- Handling customer questions and inquiries.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Negotiate deals.
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
- Meeting monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
- Reporting work results.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service/sales skills
- Strong verbal and written communicator high organizing.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build professional and long term relations with Clients
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Self-motivator.
- Goal-oriented organized team player
- Proven results and meeting sales goals
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software (preferred) Experience in ICT sales (preferred)
- Languages: Fluency in written and spoken Spanish is a must English and any other language is a plus
