Your challenge:
The Business Group (BG) Light Sources & Electronics is the biggest BG within Lighting. Electronics Operations is responsible for the operations for Category OEM and Category Led Systems and as such a strong growing organization, responsible for the creation of new energy drivers for lighting solutions both in conventional as in the new fast growing LED Business. From four locations in the world, these products are developed, produced and sold as components for total lighting systems. Our head office is located in Eindhoven.
The BG LS&E Supply Planning team is globally divided into 3 regions (America, Asia and EMEA). Within the Europe region a motivated Supply Planning team is responsible for supply and stock management in the warehouses in Europe and translating the forecast to our internal and external suppliers in alignment with the (market) sales organizations.
We are currently looking for a Supply Planner to join our Supply Planning Electronics EMEA Team. The position will be based in Piła.
Your responsibilities:

Planning of finished products with internal and external suppliers.

Successful communication with the different country organizations related to the availability of finished products.

Managing suppliers with restrictions in capacity and component availability.

Leading the monthly sales and operations planning cycle in close cooperation with markets and the supply units.

Professionalizing the logistic service portfolio and negotiate in logistic contracts.

Initiating, participating in or leading different improvement projects within Logistics/Procurement of finished products.

Logistic data management.
Your team:
In this role you will work in a team of 15 supply chain experts and liaise in close cooperation with internal and external suppliers, multiple distribution centers, market organizations in Europe and your team.
We are looking for people with:

Higher education, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering & Management Sciences

Minimum three years of working experience in a dynamic Supply Chain oriented position.

Experience in participating/leading improvement projects.

Computer skills: SAP and MS Office (especially Excel).
