Job description
- Participation in creation of New Supply Chain team located in Katowice
- Leading, managing and developing new team
- Actively supporting Manager in service delivery
- Establishing and developing relationships with Client’s representatives, Customer Team and Buyers and other parties
- Providing high quality various reporting both standard and non-standard
- Delivering service according to agreed SLA’s
- Providing high quality reporting and responding to ad-hoc queries
- Dispute management and taking ownership of escalation
Candidate’s profile
- Experience in managing the team
- Experience in supply chain/order management processes preferred however different area is also acceptable - at least 4 years
An asset
- Transition experience
- Logistic related education
- SAP knowledge
