Job Description
- Provide efficient and effective inventory planning on material planning level for Area Europe
- Ensure accurate and proactive communication flow across the Supply Chain for all matters pertaining to the planning function.
- Analyze and identify shortages medium term and take appropriate actions for leveling out inventories in close collaboration with commercial management.
- Communicate proactively and responsively progress on blocked orders to Production and Customer Services.
- Maintain and realign MRP settings in SAP subject to demand
- Manage shelf life in line with the FIFO principle.
- Monitor purchase orders, planned inward movements and inventory splits.
- Communicate across the organization any product changes, launch of new products, product deletions of bridging stocks, change of packaging and change of product origin.
- Adherence to segregation of duties and SHE guidelines
- Minimum 3 years exposure within a planning and/or Demand and Supply Chain functionality.
- Food processing industry background
- Fluent English skills
- Excellent memory

- Familiar with MRP/DRP and material forecasting
- Familiar with EDP systems SAP R3
