In order to manage the continuous growth in Poland our Client is seeking to recruit Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure availability of finished goods and services through effective management and continuous improvement of Demand/Supply Planning and Physical Logistics.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement corporate Supply Chain strategy to support commercial objectives in the market
- Develop and manage plans and forecasts for short, mid and long term together with the company stakeholders
- Manage and optimize logistics processes and resources to ensure smooth and efficient business operations
- Control, monitor and implement Inventory Management and Warehouse processes and good practices
- Manage Supply Chain processes in order to drive costs, services, quality, competitiveness to be best in class
- Lead and coordinate Monthly Business Planning process according to HQ guideline
- Ensure availability of goods and services to achieve operational targets
- Assess and manage risk in all related Warehousing, Logistics and distribution areas
- Ensure compliance with Group Corporate Business Principles, Food Safety, Environment, Quality as well as Safety and Health related Policies with all suppliers
- Develop and motivate Supply Chain team (3 reports)
Profile description:
- Educated to university degree (business / logistics)
- 4-5 years of professional work experience in a similar capacity with an international company
- Experience in all main Supply Chain management areas (Forecasting, Warehouse Operations, Logistics)
- Experience in strategic planning and forecasting (including experience in project management processes and change management)
- Proven experience in people management (internal & external) and in budget ownership
- Extensive knowledge in product lifecycle and procurement experience is an advantage.
- Specialized knowledge with Demand Planning Tools
- Fluency in Polish and English
